DO I NEED A LANDLORDS GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE?
If you rent out any properties as a landlord, by law you're required to ensure all gas appliances are checked every 12 months. Once all checks are complete you will be given a Gas Safety certificate, which must be kept for two years.
